My daughter is now 3 years old and as she continues to grow and mature, it’s becoming much easier for the two of us to communicate with one other. Finally, she can put together simple sentences and convey what she wants and needs using words instead of grunting or crying.
The problem is that she’s also getting smarter and harder to negotiate with. Once she wants something, she’s tends to have a one track mind.
Daughter: Daddy, can I play with your phone?
Me: Not right now my love
Daughter: Can I see your phone? Can I see your phone? Can I see your phone?
Me: I said not right now
Daughter: I picked up my toys off the floor…
Me: Mommy made you do that so that doesn’t count
Daughter: Can I see your phone? Can I see

Trillions of dollars are being flooded into the financial system by the Federal Reserve in the span of last three years. The problem is that still – for many – well performing pages on “authority” sites like Hub Pages got slammed and made the Hub Page folks overreact and anger their writers. I know they made me mad!
For many, this may be good news. I just hope my site keep cranking out higher Adsense earnings!

In New York and in other parts of the nation, lending for small businesses has seen a clear rise. This is because the economy has improved and there is confidence among businesses though the activity is well below pre-recession levels.
The SBA’s 7(a) program has been used by 28 lenders to make 507 loans for $88.55 million in Buffalo District. That is an increase of 8.3 percent in loan volume and 13.8 percent in dollars. A 57 percent increase in loans took place inclusive of all programs of the SBA after the financial crisis of 2009.
Loan demand is returning and the incentives found as part of small business jobs act also has helped. Small business lending has been a key objective for the Obama administration and the Congress. Keeping this into consideration, small businesses representing vast majority of employers are paying part of nation’s private payroll, generating bulk of the country’s economic output and creating new jobs.
SBA has announced opening of a Business Recovery Center in Decatur, Alabama so as to help businesses affected by storms, tornados, winds and floods. Private non-profit organizations now can borrow up-to $2 million, in-order, to repair damages caused by storms and ravages afflicted to real estate, machinery, equipment, inventory and other assets.
A total of 20% increase in loans may be granted for the total amount of disaster damage caused to real estate and lease holds. The additional grant is permitted so as to make improvements to lessen the risk of damage caused to property by similar natural disasters in future too.
SBA is also offering ‘Economic Injury Disaster Loans’ for small enterprises, small agricultural cooperatives, and small businesses like those engaged in aquaculture and also private, non-profit organizations. Eco
